Are you like me? When stressed out, my “go to” move would be to erase all of my junk e-mails and feel like I was accomplishing something.
After all, I did not have time to unsubscribe!! Do you feel the same way?
After only unsubscribing to only a few e-mails, it became easier to figure out how to do it quickly. Then it became surprisingly addictive and empowering. A bit like cleaning out a closet, without doing any lifting.
